  • Missing alternative texts for linked images – some image links do not have descriptions.
  • Decorative “spacer” images without alternatives – decorative graphics are not marked to be skipped by screen readers.
  • Missing labels on form fields – some forms lack proper labels.
  • Empty buttons – some buttons on the site have no text descriptions.
  • Insufficient contrast – some texts and graphic elements do not provide sufficient contrast against the background
  • Navigation issues – the site structure does not fully support logical and intuitive navigation using a keyboard and assistive technologies.

Content Exempt from Accessibility Requirements

According to the regulations, certain types of content are exempt from digital accessibility requirements. The website may include:
