Asseco Data Systems S.A. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act), which will come into force on 28 June 2025.

Accessibility features are being implemented gradually due to the complexity of the services provided by Asseco Data Systems S.A.

  • Missing alternative texts for images – some graphics and photos lack alt descriptions.
  • Missing alternative texts for linked images – some image links do not have descriptions.
  • Decorative “spacer” images without alternatives – decorative graphics are not marked to be skipped by screen readers.
  • Missing labels on form fields – some forms lack proper labels.
  • Empty buttons – some buttons on the site have no text descriptions.
  • Insufficient contrast – some texts and graphic elements do not provide sufficient contrast against the background
  • Navigation issues – the site structure does not fully support logical and intuitive navigation using a keyboard and assistive technologies.

Content Exempt from Accessibility Requirements

According to the regulations, certain types of content are exempt from digital accessibility requirements. The website may include:

  • Interactive maps, which due to their nature are exempt from full accessibility requirements (in accordance with Article 3(4) of the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility).
