CertumSign: Plans for Organizations

With the shared space, you will streamline the process of signing and transferring e-documents using the online platform.

There is no need to implement or integrate CertumSign into your systems; simply purchase a plan, create an account, and add users.

Each user uploads e-documents to the platform and decides which files will be visible to themselves or their colleagues.

Documents can be shared:

• on the platform
• within the organization
• with other CertumSign users
• outside the platform to users without accounts, such as clients, contractors, or business partners.

CertumSign supports:

• Certum one-time qualified signature (QES)
• SimplySign qualified electronic signature (QES)
• Certum card signature (QES)
• Basic signature (SES)

Thanks to CertumSign, even people without an electronic signature can sign e-documents.

With the Organization plan, you receive a package of one-time qualified signatures. You decide who can use the one-time signature – you can easily share it with other people to whom you send documents. A one-time qualified signature is equivalent to a handwritten signature.

Document recipients can also use a basic signature (SES), which is provided using a code sent by SMS or email. A signature created in this way meets the requirements for documentary form.

A basic signature for recipients outside the organization is free and does not count towards your limit. CertumSign allows you to send authorization codes to European mobile phone numbers.

In CertumSign, you and the people added to the Organization will use a one-time qualified signature.

You can obtain the signature online. All you need to do is verify your identity remotely during the signature process. Verification takes only a few minutes, and the signature is immediately ready for use.

You can manage your signature package on the platform. If you want, you can also share it with people outside your organization to whom you send documents. One-time signatures can be used throughout the entire subscription period, and you can purchase additional signature packages if necessary.

• One-time signature is available 24/7;
• The remote verification process consists of two steps:
• bank verification
• video verification
• Obtaining a signature is possible for users from the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland;
• Exiting or not completing the remote verification (identification) process uses the signature operation.

With CertumSign, you can verify the authenticity and validity of electronic signatures.

The platform uses the qualified validation service WebNotarius. The validation result can be downloaded as a PDF report, which is legally recognized evidence in arbitration and court cases.

To start using CertumSign:

1. Buy the product from the Certum Store (valid for 1 year)
2. Create a free account https://sign.certum.pl/register
3. After logging in, you will receive information on whether a plan for organizations is assigned to your email address
4. Activate the plan as an administrator
 
5. your organization's name and send invitations to other users from your organization

The administrator can add users throughout the entire duration of the service. Invitations must be sent to email addresses that are not already registered on the platform.
