CertumSign: Basic Signature Package
Certum's Basic Signature is a convenient and fast way to sign documents without the need for your own electronic signature.
Users can choose one of two authentication methods:
- An SMS code sent to a mobile phone number
- An email code sent to an email address
This type of signature meets the requirements of the documentary form and is ideal for everyday business document workflows.
Choose the package that best fits your needs.
A Basic Signature is a one-time code used to sign an electronic document. Signatures are available exclusively within the account where the package has been activated.
Easy-to-Use Electronic Signature
Every CertumSign user can purchase a Basic Signature Package for themselves or their team. The signing process is fast and intuitive. Simply choose an authentication method (SMS or email) and enter the received code to approve the document.
Multiple Documents, One Signature
Certum’s Basic Signature allows you to sign multiple documents in a single operation. This means you can approve several files at once, saving time and simplifying the entire process.
Documentary Form Compliance
The signature meets the requirements of the documentary form. Its authenticity is supported by a qualified timestamp and Certum’s qualified electronic seal, ensuring the integrity of the signed document.
Signatures remain available in your account resources throughout your CertumSign subscription period, giving you complete flexibility to use them whenever you need.
I. The signature can be used with PDF documents.
II. A signature package can only be used within the account where the service has been activated.
III. The signer is authenticated using either an SMS code or an email verification code.
IV. CertumSign supports sending authentication codes to European mobile phone numbers.
V. The SMS/email signing process will be interrupted if you:
- Exit the signing process or click Cancel
- Sign out of the platform
- Enter an incorrect SMS/email code three times
In any of the situations above, start the signing process again to receive a new SMS or email verification code.

To start using your package:
I. Pay for your order and wait for the payment to be processed.
II. Log in to your CertumSign account - www.sign.certum.pl and activate the package.
III. Sign documents or assign signatures to others when sending files.
If you do not activate the package immediately, you can do it later in your account settings.
